Confidential Manufacturing Facility | Day Shift | Strong Benefits Package
A well-established manufacturing operation is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join its maintenance team. This position offers a day-shift schedule and focuses on electrical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and supporting plant operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems throughout the facility
- Install and maintain conduit, wiring, breakers, starters, motors, and control panels
- Diagnose electrical issues involving both 120V and 480V systems
- Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Assist with preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous industrial electrical experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving motors, starters, breakers, controls, and power distribution systems
- Experience working with 120V and 480V electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical prints and technical documentation
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment is a plus
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred but not required
