Our recruiting team is partnering directly with leadership at a well-respected, energy-focused Texas law firm that is adding an Oil & Gas Attorney in San Antonio. You'll handle sophisticated energy matters for operators, working interest owners, and other industry participants, including lease, royalty, mineral, title, and related disputes, with a clear path for long-term growth.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• Oil and gas experience (litigation, title, or transactional)
• Lease, royalty, mineral, and real property matters in the energy context
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with senior energy attorneys
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• Strong writing, analytical, and client-communication skills
