Senior Audit Manager - Healthcare

Location: Nashville, TN

Overview

A growing regional tax, assurance and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Audit Manager in Nashville to oversee audits of a variety of healthcare organizations, including physician practices and other healthcare providers. You will lead audit teams, research technical topics and work directly with client decision makers. The role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare audit engagements and provide technical accounting guidance
• Supervise the audit process and review client communications
• Provide timely, high-quality client service
• Participate in client pursuits, develop proposal content and build market relationships
• Own client relationships and oversee engagement economics and resources
• Create a collaborative team environment and develop the audit team

Qualifications

• Experience auditing healthcare organizations
• 8+ years of public accounting and healthcare experience
• Understanding of economic and regulatory risks in the healthcare industry
• Experience hiring, developing and leading an audit team
• CPA certification
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
