Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Partnerships

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Overview

A growing national tax, audit and advisory firm serving private and public companies, high-net-worth individuals and family offices is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager in Fort Worth with flow-through entity expertise. The firm offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the taxation of partnerships, LLCs and other flow-through entities, with a focus on private equity or real estate
• Research complex tax issues and ensure the quality of work product
• Monitor workflow and coach and mentor team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects and help grow the practice
• Work closely with clients on income tax issues and planning
• Participate in firm administration, including client billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's a plus
• CPA certificate (or JD)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Big 4 or equivalent law firm experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of accounting and income tax compliance issues associated with private equity
• Ability to explain complex tax matters in business language
• Excellent research, project management, written and verbal communication skills
