Multifamily Project Manager

A well-established and highly respected commercial general contractor in the Raleigh-Durham area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. About the Role: The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong background in ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
