Job Snapshot

Job Description

Out in central Washington, Quincy has grown from farm country into one of the West's best-known data center hubs, thanks to clean hydropower, cool nights and plenty of room to build. A respected general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large hyperscale and mission-critical builds here. If you like big, technical projects and a team that keeps things friendly and straightforward, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout
  • Own the full financial picture: budgets, forecasts, change orders, cost reports and owner billing
  • Build strong relationships with owners, design teams and key electrical, mechanical and controls partners
  • Map out long-lead equipment like switchgear, UPS systems, generators and cooling units so the schedule holds
  • Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality and site logistics in a rural, fast-moving setting
  • Mentor project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers on your team

What You Bring

  • Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
  • Deep understanding of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing
  • A track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget
  • Clear, calm communication and a collaborative style that earns trust with owners and field crews
  • A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

What We Offer

$150,000–$200,000 plus bonus and benefits, a deep backlog of mission-critical work in central Washington, and a team that backs your growth.
