Job Title: Superintendent – Healthcare Construction Location: Bozeman, MT (Local Projects) Salary: Up to $160,000 (DOE)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee projects in the Bozeman, Montana market. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage inspections, permits, and project documentation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects
• Proven experience with hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities (new build and/or renovation)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and compliance requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
