  • Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (paid weekly) (negotiable based on experience)
  • Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600–$800/month
  • Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee

πŸ”β€Š Key Requirements:

  • Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years in commercial masonry
  • 1+ year as a superintendent
  • Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn – all processes are digital)
  • OSHA 30 is a plus
  • Clean background
  • Strong and stable job history – no job hoppers

  • Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance

  • Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep
  • Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor
  • Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead
  • Review drawings and ensure build quality
  • Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics
