🎯 Position: Commercial Masonry Superintendent
📍 Location: Greater Charleston, SC
🚚 Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate
💵 Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (paid weekly) (negotiable based on experience)
- Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600–$800/month
- Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee

🔍 Key Requirements:
- Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years in commercial masonry
- 1+ year as a superintendent
- Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn – all processes are digital)
- OSHA 30 is a plus
- Clean background
- Strong and stable job history – no job hoppers
🧱 Project Types:
- CMU-type commercial buildings
- Schools
- Government facilities (e.g., Coast Guard)
- Precast / Veneer
- Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance
- Retrofit to brand new construction
- Hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, scan rooms, CP rooms, infusion rooms, data rooms, surgery rooms, office suites, power plants, parking decks/lots
👷♂️ Responsibilities:
- Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness
- Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep
- Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor
- Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead
- Review drawings and ensure build quality
- Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics
