Job Description

A respected Texas architecture and design firm is hiring a Project Architect to lead projects from design development through construction administration. You'll work on varied commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects and play a key role in how they come together. This permanent position offers real responsibility and a path into project management or firm leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical side of projects through design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Produce and coordinate drawing sets and specifications in Revit
• Coordinate with consultants including structural, MEP, and civil engineers
• Review projects for building code, accessibility (TAS/ADA), and zoning compliance
• Handle submittals, RFIs, and site visits during construction
• Mentor junior designers and help with project schedules and fees

What you bring

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Texas architect registration through TBAE, or NCARB certification and eligibility for Texas registration
• 5+ years of architectural experience, including construction documents and CA
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of IBC, TAS, and building systems
• Clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
