Job Description

A community bank in Riverton is confidentially seeking an Ag Lender to serve ranching and irrigated farm operations across Fremont County and central Wyoming. You'll own new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing for operating, cattle, equipment, and land loans.

Responsibilities:

• Call on ranchers, farmers, and ag businesses to grow the portfolio
• Review financials, cash flow, and collateral for each request
• Structure operating lines, cattle loans, and ranch real estate credits
• Complete ranch inspections, renewals, and annual reviews
• Bring deposit and other bank services to ag customers
• Apply FSA programs on credits where they fit

Qualifications:

• Ag Business, Animal Science, or Finance degree preferred
• Experience in ag lending or ranch credit
• Understanding of cow-calf, hay, and irrigated operations
• Builds trust with producers through clear communication
• Self-motivated and well organized
