Job Title: Legal Assistant – Litigation | 3+ Years Experience

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Legal Assistant with 3+ years of litigation experience to support a busy and fast-paced legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a thorough understanding of court procedures at both the state and federal levels.

Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
Manage court calendaring, including tracking deadlines, hearings, and other key litigation dates
Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
Maintain case files and manage document production
Draft correspondence and assist with formatting legal documents
Coordinate with attorneys, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant
Proficiency with state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing platforms
Strong calendaring skills and familiarity with litigation timelines
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Trial preparation experience is a strong plus
