Board Certified Plastic Surgeon | Long-Term Succession Opportunity

Location: Knoxville, TN

Summary

I'm working with an established, physician-owned cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Knoxville seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon interested in a long-term succession and leadership opportunity. This is a chance to step into an established practice, with cosmetic surgery only — no reconstruction — and a clear path to long-term leadership, growth, and succession.

Responsibilities

- Provide cosmetic surgical care across face, breast, and body procedures

- Conduct patient consultations, surgical planning, and post-operative follow-up

- Work alongside the current physician-owner to ensure a smooth transition of patients and practice leadership

- Help guide practice growth and take on increasing leadership responsibility over time

Requirements

- Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), or by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) for facial-focused surgeons

- Active Tennessee medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

- 2+ years of practice experience after training

- Strong interest in cosmetic surgery and a long-term leadership and succession path
