Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
πŸ“ Location: On-Site | Louisville Metropolitan Area, Kentucky (Must be licensed in KY)

This on-site position is ideal for an attorney who wants to grow in labor & employment litigation and compliance, with strong mentorship and steady client exposure. Most attorneys leave by 5 p.m., and weekend work is rare.


What You’ll Do:

  • Represent clients in labor & employment litigation and agency actions (EEOC, DOL, NLRB)

  • Draft motions, legal briefs, and deposition summaries

  • Advise clients on compliance and workplace risk management

  • Attend hearings, client meetings, and internal firm initiatives

  • Track time entries and participate in professional development


What We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. and active license to practice in Kentucky

  • 2–3 years of experience in labor & employment law or civil litigation

  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow

  • Positive, collaborative attitude
