This on-site position is ideal for an attorney who wants to grow in labor & employment litigation and compliance, with strong mentorship and steady client exposure. Most attorneys leave by 5 p.m., and weekend work is rare.
What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in labor & employment litigation and agency actions (EEOC, DOL, NLRB)
Draft motions, legal briefs, and deposition summaries
Advise clients on compliance and workplace risk management
Attend hearings, client meetings, and internal firm initiatives
Track time entries and participate in professional development
What We’re Looking For:
J.D. and active license to practice in Kentucky
2–3 years of experience in labor & employment law or civil litigation
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow
Positive, collaborative attitude
