A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead data center builds in the area. What You'll Do

• Run data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout all the way through commissioning and closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, cost reports and monthly owner billing
• Be the go-to contact for owners, engineers and design teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed
• Plan and track long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment so the schedule stays on course
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, logistics and the testing and commissioning sequence
• Coach and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Solid knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing
• A history of delivering large, fast-paced projects on time and on budget
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, steady leadership style
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
