Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate litigation and/or transactional experience preferred

• Experience handling disputes, agreements of sale, leases, and related real estate contracts

• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team

• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar

• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
