Business Litigation Attorney: Commercial Disputes in the Capital with Hybrid Flexibility

Our client, a respected Northern California firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its downtown Sacramento office. The team represents companies, owners, and executives in contract, partnership, trade secret, unfair competition, and business tort disputes in state and federal courts.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Sacramento office and home.

What You'll Do

• Handle business disputes from case assessment through trial or arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Argue motions and attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Partner with clients to develop practical litigation strategies

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
