Tax Manager - Manufacturing

Location: Ontario, CA

Overview

A top national professional services firm is seeking a Tax Manager to support its manufacturing tax practice in Ontario, California. You will consult with clients on succession and tax planning and lead tax engagements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning
• Lead, schedule, supervise and review tax engagements
• Develop and train team members
• Perform a range of tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns
• Attend industry events and trainings to build industry expertise

Qualifications

• 6 years of tax experience in public accounting and/or a professional services firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Active CPA certification
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help clients succeed
