Tax Manager - Private Client

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

Overview

A top national CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal to driving strategic growth in the local market, with a strong emphasis on business development, deep tax expertise and client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients in the region
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services
• Stay current on industry trends, tax laws and regulations
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Qualifications

• CPA or other relevant credential required
• Recent public accounting experience
• 10+ years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience, preferably in real estate, construction or manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of partnership and other business returns
• Proven success in business development
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
• Exceptional communication, leadership and analytical skills
