Tax Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Overview

A full-service national accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager in Philadelphia. You will serve a variety of clients across multiple industries, from private equity-backed companies and large businesses to high-net-worth individuals, with services spanning tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver federal tax compliance, planning and consulting services to business and individual clients
• Work closely with firm leadership on client service and business development
• Train and mentor less-experienced team members
• Participate in firm administration activities
• Sell and execute engagements across a variety of industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's preferred
• CPA with 5+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience or a combination
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop a team
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Ability to attract new clients and expand services to existing clients
