My client is seeking a commercial real estate attorney to join their team in Minneapolis.

What you'll do:

• Handle acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and development transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents
• Run deals from diligence through closing, working with lenders, title companies, and brokers

What they're looking for:

• Substantive commercial real estate transactional experience
• Licensed in Minnesota
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
