Responsibilities:

• Advise and counsel clients on California employment law, policies and compliance
• Serve as a trusted senior advisor to the firm's business clients

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar admission
• Extensive senior-level experience in California employment law
• No book of business required

Compensation and benefits:

• $300,000-$400,000 base plus high bonuses
• Hybrid schedule
• Comprehensive benefits package
