Job Description

This opportunity is located in Arizona. We're hiring Project Managers with strong electrical construction experience and electrical data center experience to run projects on mission critical data center campuses in Arizona. Your electrical construction experience will drive projects from preconstruction through commissioning, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.

Projects you'll manage might include:

• A $1.2B, 300 MW hyperscale data center campus with multiple buildings, featuring medium-voltage distribution and on-site substations
• A $1B fast-track build-out of AI-ready data halls with redundant UPS, switchgear, and generator plants
• A $1.5B phased hyperscale expansion with prefabricated electrical skids and integrated commissioning

What you'll do:

• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and billing, using your electrical construction experience to keep projects on track
• Build and maintain schedules, and coordinate with GCs, owners, and engineers
• Lead foremen, superintendents, and field teams who also bring electrical construction experience
• Drive safety, quality, and Level 1 to 5 commissioning

What you bring:

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years as a PM
• Required: electrical construction experience with an electrical contractor, plus electrical data center experience on mission critical projects
• Solid knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear, and generators
• Strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills
• Electrical license, PMP, or degree is a plus
