Architectural Millwork Project Manager

Join a growing, well-respected architectural millwork company known for delivering high-quality custom projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee millwork projects from award through installation, ensuring exceptional client service, on-time delivery, and successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple architectural millwork projects from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, shop personnel, and installation teams
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts
• Track project budgets, change orders, and timelines
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, casework, or specialty interiors
• Ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing commercial construction or millwork projects
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar software is a plus
