A respected concrete contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager. This is a strong opportunity for early-career professionals who want responsibility, mentorship, and a long-term path in concrete construction.
What You'll Do
- Support or manage concrete projects from bid handoff through completion
- Help track budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate with general contractors, field crews, and suppliers
- Visit jobsites to stay connected with the work and the crews
- Help with project billing, cost tracking, and reporting
- Learn the business from experienced PMs and leadership
What You Bring
- Some experience in construction, ideally with a concrete or self-perform contractor
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort with Excel and project management software
- A team-player attitude and eagerness to learn
