A commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Senior Scheduler to keep projects organized, accurate, and on time. This role is central to planning and clear communication across the project team.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain detailed CPM schedules for commercial projects
- Work with project managers and superintendents to plan sequencing and milestones
- Track progress, spot delays early, and recommend recovery plans
- Prepare schedule updates, reports, and look-aheads for teams and clients
- Support delay analysis and schedule-related claims when needed
- Help improve scheduling standards across the company
What You Bring
- Several years of construction scheduling experience, with commercial projects
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling software)
- A strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Clear communication, explaining schedules in plain language
- Sharp attention to detail and an analytical mindset
