Project Manager – K-12 School Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth area

A general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Project Manager for K-12 school construction and renovation. This work supports local communities and offers steady project leadership in the education market.

What You'll Do

• Manage K-12 school projects, including new builds, additions, and renovations
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, and change orders
• Work with school districts, architects, and community stakeholders
• Partner with superintendents to keep work safe and on schedule, often around school calendars
• Lead submittals, RFIs, and closeout
• Keep clients informed with clear, regular updates

What You Bring

• Project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience with K-12 or other public-sector projects
• Strong grasp of budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Comfort working with public owners and approval processes
• Organized, dependable, and a great communicator
