Overview: A well-established community bank is seeking a dynamic Senior IT Manager to lead the digital transformation of its operations—from paper-based processes to full automation. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a forward-thinking IT leader who thrives in a community-focused environment and is passionate about operational efficiency, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for automation and system upgrades
• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and support of core banking systems, digital tools, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the bank’s technology roadmap
• Oversee IT security, disaster recovery, vendor management, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage internal IT staff and third-party providers to ensure seamless delivery of tech solutions
• Champion change management and staff training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong track record of implementing digital solutions and operational automation
• Deep understanding of banking systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and gain buy-in from stakeholders
• Experience working in a community banking environment is a plus
