🚨 Business & Finance Attorney – Pittsburgh, PA 🚨

We are seeking a Business & Finance Attorney to join a highly collaborative practice group in our Pittsburgh office. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced shareholders supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across multiple industries.

This is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys hands-on transactional work, client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated corporate matters.

📌 What You’ll Work On:

You will support clients and partners across a broad range of business and finance matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
• Commercial lending and finance deals
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including:
  • Purchase and supply agreements
  • Leases
  • NDAs
  • Employment agreements
  • Entity formation, governance, and structuring, including tax considerations
  • Supporting clients across corporate, real estate, and trusts-related matters

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 3–7 years of experience as a practicing attorney (law firm, corporate, or government setting)
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws
• Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work closely with senior attorneys in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
