Job Description

An established CPA firm is adding a Tax Manager in the San Antonio, TX area, and you decide whether you work hybrid or fully remote. You'll lead your own client relationships, coach a close-knit team, and follow a written path toward Senior Manager and partner.

What you'll do:

• Review individual, partnership, S corporation and corporate returns
• Guide family businesses and real estate clients on planning throughout the year
• Coach seniors and staff on technical questions and help them grow
• Keep engagements on schedule without cutting corners on quality

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review experience a strong plus
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Clear communication and a client-first mindset

Salary: $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or Remote role.
