Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. This role manages budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Mission critical or Data Center project experience preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

• Coordinate client communication and expectations

• Oversee procurement and project documentation

• Ensure timely project delivery

• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience

• Mission critical or Data Center project experience preferred 

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Willing to travel for the first 2.5-3 years (2.5 hours away)
