The Opportunity
Draft & negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, investment documents, and more
Handle M&A due diligence and represent buyers and sellers throughout transactions
Advise clients on corporate governance
Assist with private securities offerings and securities law compliance
Work directly with clients, boards, and opposing counsel
Gain exposure to clients across a wide range of industries
What You Bring
2+ years of corporate/transactional experience
Experience with M&A and securities matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing practice
