Job Description

Personal Lines Supervisor 

Hybrid - Norfolk County | $75,000 - $85,000

You’ll partner with a collaborative leadership team and have the freedom to guide your group, influence processes, and strengthen team culture within a people-focused, growing organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Manage and coach a small team of client-facing professionals, fostering accountability and a service-driven mindset 
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to support growth and results 
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and long-term team building 

Training & Growth 

  • Support learning initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, client communication, and cross-selling abilities 
  • Identify emerging talent and assist with career pathing and succession planning 
  • Help create onboarding experiences that ensure new hires succeed quickly 

Client Experience & Operations 

  • Lead by example in delivering proactive, high-quality service 
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency 
  • Assist with complex client situations to ensure a positive experience 

Qualifications 

  • Experience managing Personal Lines Accounts 
  • Active MA P&C license 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development 
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiarity with Epic
