Location: Minnetonka, MN

Employment Type: Full-Time

A growing outpatient behavioral health practice in the Minnetonka area is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, energetic professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience, a strong clinical foundation, and an engaging, outgoing personality that helps build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support clients across a variety of mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns

Areas of Focus

The psychologist will work with clients experiencing:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Depression
  • Trauma and Trauma-Related Concerns
  • Behavioral and Emotional Challenges
  • Other Mental Health and Neurodevelopmental Needs

Qualifications

  • Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota (or eligible for licensure)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong assessment and therapeutic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
