I'm partnering with a growing commercial general contractor that is looking to add a Healthcare Superintendent to lead several ground-up healthcare projects coming throughout the DFW area.

They're looking for a field leader who can run interior hospital systems work in active facilities and lead greenfield builds from the ground up, keeping safety, quality and the schedule on track. You can start now or at year-end.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations on interior and ground-up healthcare projects
• Plan and execute work in occupied hospitals with ICRA and ILSM measures
• Coordinate with facility teams to minimize disruption to patient care
• Manage subcontractors, logistics and look-ahead schedules
• Oversee MEP coordination, inspections and commissioning support
• Drive quality control, punch lists and turnover

What You Bring

• GC superintendent experience on healthcare projects
• Occupied hospital experience (ICRA/ILSM, infection control)
• Ground-up greenfield project experience
• Strong MEP coordination knowledge
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Calm, professional communication with owners and facility staff
