This is a role for a healthcare expert who wants real ownership. You'll be trusted to lead projects through design and documentation, work directly with clients and consultants, and bring your deep healthcare knowledge to projects that truly matter.

What you'll do

• Lead healthcare architecture projects through design, documentation and delivery
• Serve as the project architect, guiding the internal team and coordinating consultants
• Work directly with healthcare clients to understand their needs
• Keep documentation, schedules and project quality on track
• Mentor and develop architects and designers on your teams

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional architecture experience
• Healthcare project experience (a must)
• Licensed architect, or close to finishing licensure
• Background as a Project Architect (Healthcare), Senior Project Architect or Healthcare Architect
• Based in the Kansas City area (or ready to be)
