Our recruiting team is working directly with a growing Houston firm adding a temporary Transactional Attorney.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

What We Need

• 2+ years of transactional experience (real estate and/or M&A)
• Contract drafting across corporate, finance, employment, and compliance matters
• Healthcare transaction experience preferred
