We are looking to identify a General Litigation Attorney (3+ Years) to join our client’s growing practice in Arizona.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney seeking a hybrid work environment, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to manage cases with meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys.

Position: General Litigation Attorney (3+ Years)

About the Role

This role involves handling a variety of civil litigation matters from early stages through resolution. Attorneys will have the opportunity to take ownership of their cases while collaborating with partners on strategy, client communication, and litigation execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Maintain strong client communication and case management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Arizona Bar admission required
