 Commercial Masonry Superintendent

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and production
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety compliance, and weekly work planning
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Review drawings and ensure accurate field execution
  • Handle logistics, reporting, permitting, and documentation
  • Maintain daily reports and participate in project meetings

Project Experience Includes

  • CMU commercial buildings, schools, and government facilities (including Coast Guard projects)
  • Healthcare, clinics, offices, data rooms, and power plants
  • Parking structures and large-scale commercial developments
  • Precast, veneer, structural masonry, seismic/earthquake-rated work
  • Renovations, retrofits, and new construction

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial masonry experience
  • 1+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role
  • Strong CMU / load-bearing masonry experience (required)
  • Ability to read drawings and manage field execution independently
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Procore experience a plus
  • Stable work history and professional integrity
