Family-Based Experienced Immigration Attorney Role

A growing immigration practice is seeking an experienced Family-Based Immigration Attorney to manage a caseload focused on family immigration matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle family-based immigration cases (bond/removal).
  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
  • Prepare and review filings, supporting documentation, RFEs, and NOIDs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of family-based immigration experience.
  • Strong case management, writing, and client-relations skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with little to no supervision.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
