Mechanical Operations Manager

Job Duties: 

• Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations
• Recruit and hire personnel
• Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Oversee implementation of field service tools
• Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
• Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
• Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed 
• Oversee communication between Service Technicians, mechanical and control contractors, and end users when appropriate 
• Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+years of experience as a manager ( Commercial, Residential or Industrial) 
• 5+ years of supervisory experience 
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record 
• Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, Retro, installation, and mechanical understanding 
• Strong understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions 
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
