What you'll do:
- Research complex federal and state tax issues and write clear memos
- Support tax planning for businesses, owners, trusts and estates
- Prepare and review returns alongside senior tax professionals
- Help clients with structuring, succession and wealth transfer questions
What you bring:
- JD required; LLM in Taxation or CPA a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Interest in a long-term public accounting tax career
