Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage Defense – Product Liability

What they are looking for –

• 4-5 years of experience (will look at someone with 3 years of experience if the background is good)
• Licensed in NY & NJ is preferred, they must at least be licensed in NY
• Must have some trial experience
• Experience in Insurance Defense Litigation, will look at related fields

What will they be responsible for –

• Handling all aspects of insurance defense matters
  • Product Liability
  • Premises Liability
  • Property Damage Matters
  • Handling –
    • Discovery
    • Court Appearances
    • Depostions
    • Expert Issues
    • Client Management

Compensation and Benefits –

• $120k - $160k
• Standard benefits including 401k
• 100% remote unless they need to be in court

Billables – 1900
