A well-regarded law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team in Irvine, CA. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
What you'll do
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Take and defend depositions and attend hearings and mediations
- Report to clients and insurance carriers on case status and strategy
- Work closely with partners on trial preparation
What you bring
- 3-10 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Admission to the California Bar
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- Ability to handle matters independently
Compensation and benefits
Competitive base salary, depending on experience. This is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA.
