We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to assist in a leadership role in managing the financial operations of a growing business. This individual will help oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while also handling all tax preparation and planning for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns for the business
Manage month-end and year-end close processes and produce accurate financial statements
Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000, depending on experience
