Why this role?

This is a chance to run the full finance function for a growing construction company, reporting to the CEO. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

• Job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable
• Equipment costing, KPI reporting, and audits
• Leadership of the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ in a management role
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) plus a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Candidates in Lee's Summit must be willing to relocate to Columbia, MO; relocation is required.
