A highly regarded plaintiff-side firm is expanding its Class Action team and is seeking experienced attorneys to join a fast-paced, collaborative national practice.

About the Role

We are hiring Senior and Mid-Level Attorneys with strong backgrounds in plaintiff law, complex litigation, and class actions. Candidates should be able to take ownership of matters, contribute to case strategy, and collaborate closely with a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support complex litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials
• Develop case strategy and conduct legal research
• Supervise associates
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trials
• Manage deadlines and billing
• Collaborate across offices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years federal litigation experience
• ERISA class action experience a plus
• Experience managing cases/teams 
• Financial services/products exposure valued
• Strong communication skills
