This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Account Manager to grow its commercial book in the Sioux Falls market. An established, IICRC-certified restoration company offering 24/7 emergency water, fire, mold, and storm services, they're looking for a motivated relationship-builder with commercial sales experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong restoration brand in the Sioux Falls market.

Requirements:

- Well-established and growing restoration company with 24/7 emergency response across water, fire, mold, and storm.

- Full-time role focused on bringing in and growing commercial accounts.

- Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOAs, multifamily owners, hospitals, schools, and insurance agents.

- Secure emergency-response agreements and preferred-vendor programs; run sales calls, lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and networking (BOMA, IFMA, chambers).

- Partner with operations and project managers on smooth job handoffs and client updates.

- Territory covers Sioux Falls and surrounding areas.

- Requires 2+ years of B2B or commercial sales; restoration, construction, or property services experience strongly preferred.

- Existing commercial property or facilities network a plus; IICRC WRT/ASD a plus.

- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, confident in client-facing settings, and comfortable with cold outreach.
