We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and field management skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site operations including scheduling, planning, sequencing, and executing all phases of concrete construction work.
- Manage project budgets including material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and production costs.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met through effective scheduling and team management.
- Drive job site performance and productivity to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular on-site safety meetings to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Accurately read, interpret, and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Forecast upcoming labor, equipment, and material needs to keep the schedule on track.
- Establish and communicate high-performance expectations for the crew and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing concrete or civil construction projects.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in concrete or civil construction.
- Minimum of 3 years in a construction leadership or superintendent role.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and job site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with KCMO, MoDOT, and KDOT documentation and processes is highly desirable.

- Civil : 3 years (Preferred)
- Concrete Construction: 4 years (Preferred)
