What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll operate at both a strategic and tactical level—owning outcomes while empowering your team.
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects or one large, high-profile build from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders
- Guide preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and procurement strategy
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure seamless field execution
- Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions
- Oversee subcontractor performance, negotiations, and compliance
- Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers, strengthening the overall team
- Ensure projects meet or exceed safety, quality, and financial targets
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing large or complex projects ($10M+ preferred)
- Deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution
