Commercial Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager who doesn’t just manage projects—but drives them. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, keeping teams aligned, and turning complex plans into successful builds, this is a role where you’ll have real impact and real ownership.

This isn’t a “babysitting” PM role. You’ll be trusted to lead, make decisions, and push projects forward with confidence.


What You’ll Do

You’ll be the quarterback of your projects—connecting clients, field teams, and partners to keep everything moving.

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and control budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution
  • Lead subcontractor selection, buyout, and coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify risks early and solve problems before they escalate
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and financial goals
  • Drive clear communication across all stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control of the details
  • Confident communicator who can lead meetings and build trust with clients
  • Problem-solver mindset—you don’t wait for issues, you get ahead of them

  • Experience with ground-up or large tenant improvement projects
  • Familiarity with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to lead with accountability while keeping teams motivated
